3 Traditional Country Kitchens

The 45-square-foot kitchen is divided into three work zones. The foreground eating department, cooking center, a small freestanding table used both for serving and cleaning up afterwards. The lights over the dining table is from Design By Us, the chairs are from Ikea.

Kitchen cabinet doors are painted in exactly the same shade as an American refrigerator from Witt.

The kitchen cabinets painted in linseed oil S-5502-R from Wibo color from IKEA.  The shelf under the upper cabinets are specially designed, like wine racks. Stove and fridge / freezer, Electrolux. Oilcloth, design, Tom Hedqvist, 10-group.

Dining place, table and wall shelf. The panel is original from the 1920s. It was dropped with egg tempera in a deep blue color, 2-852, from Ovolin Color & Building.

In one corner of the north wall was recreated a pantry in the 1920′s style.

Her signature trademark for many of her kitchen countertops is quartz which is beautiful and more durable than granite. Granite will stain and so having really light colors for granite counter tops actually takes a lot of work to upkeep.
