The 45-square-foot kitchen is divided into three work zones. The foreground eating department, cooking center, a small freestanding table used both for serving and cleaning up afterwards. The lights over the dining table is from Design By Us, the chairs are from Ikea.
Kitchen cabinet doors are painted in exactly the same shade as an American refrigerator from Witt.

Using kitchen wallpaper is a great way to update your kitchen, it is a easy way to create a new look for your kitchen. Because a kitchen is full of appliances and cooking items, try to match your pattern or color with these items.

Consider choosing a light-colored wallpaper over a darker color. This will open up the space. If you decide on a patterned wallpaper, consider a more contemporary floral pattern to create a modern and updated look.
The space behind the stove offers more space to work with than the countertop backsplash, providing an opportunity for you to add more drama in your kitchen. You can introduce a new wallpaper color behind the stove if you desire, along with wallpaper on the countertop backsplash. Alternatively, you can just add a dramatic wallpaper design or color behind the stove, making the backsplash a focal point for the kitchen, leaving the countertop backsplash bare.

This is a clean kitchen with modern traditional style in a small space. I love the cabinet doors and the elegant colour scheme. “Painting the lower units grey and the upper ones white creates a sense of space here; your eye is drawn upwards. This monochromatic colour scheme continues with the stainless steel appliances, grey striped rug and white pendant light.”
